nationwide industry leader
seeking a
Data Operations & Automation Analyst
to support a high-visibility initiative involving data processing, workflow automation, reporting, SharePoint administration, and business systems support.

This role is ideal for an analytical professional who enjoys working with data, improving business processes, automating repetitive tasks, troubleshooting issues, and supporting users in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

• $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
• W2 Contract
• Fully Remote within the United States
• Expected duration of 3-6 months with potential extension

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, validate, cleanse, transform, and manage large datasets.
• Process high-volume data while identifying and resolving deficiencies, discrepancies, and formatting issues.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions using Python, PowerShell, VBA, Power Automate, or similar technologies.
• Support SharePoint-based workflows, document management, and operational business systems.
• Create reports, dashboards, tracking tools, and operational metrics.
• Assist with data migrations, file processing, records management, and workflow administration.
• Troubleshoot data, process, access, and user support issues, including basic MFA-related challenges.
• Develop process documentation, SOPs, and workflow improvements.
• Leverage Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to implement practical solutions and process improvements.
