Job Summary
The Data Migration Specialist is an experienced individual contributor responsible for investigating, remediating, and validating pension-related data across VIP and SuccessFactors in preparation for the initial data load to a new service provider and the establishment of accurate go-forward integration feeds. This role requires 6–8 years of experience and a solid ability to work independently with minimal direction. Previous experience or exposure to benefits or pensions data an asset.


This position plays a significant role in identifying data issues, developing solutions, and initiating actions to resolve discrepancies in collaboration with HRIS, HR Services, Site HR, and Payroll teams. The successful candidate demonstrates strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the initiative to proactively improve data quality, processes, and controls in a sophisticated systems environment.


Responsibilities

• Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures
• Investigate, analyze, and remediate known pension-related data discrepancies in VIP to support initial data load readiness
• Identify and fix pension data issues within People Central/SuccessFactors to ensure accurate and reliable go-forward integrations
