About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Engineer to join our Enterprise Data and AI team. In this role, you will manage the enterprise-level data lifecycle processes, oversee data pipelines, and ensure compliance with data standards. Your expertise will support the development and maintenance of scalable data solutions within the Palantir Foundry platform, including building dashboards and providing actionable insights across the organization. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining ontologies, orchestrating data integration, and supporting the company's modern data platform, the Unified Data Layer. Your responsibilities will include architecture oversight, guiding data modeling, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance data governance and standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence data-driven decision-making and contribute to innovative defense solutions in a dynamic environment.


Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 9 years of Palantir experience or Graduate Degree with at least 7 years of Palantir experience. Alternatively, a minimum of 13 years of Palantir experience in lieu of a degree.
