About The Role
The Senior Data Engineer at CoxHealth will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing scalable data solutions that support the organization’s strategic objectives. This position requires a highly skilled professional with a deep understanding of data architecture, governance, and compliance standards. The incumbent will lead efforts in building robust data pipelines, managing large-scale data environments, and ensuring data integrity across clinical, financial, and enterprise domains. As a key contributor, the Senior Data Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, supporting data-driven decision-making processes. This role also involves strategic planning for data infrastructure, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring adherence to best practices in data security and privacy.


Qualifications
Preferred candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Data & Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline. Equivalent professional experience may also be considered.
