About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Data Transformation Specialist to join our team, supporting a large-scale digital transformation initiative within a prominent healthcare organization based in Philadelphia. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of data innovation, leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure DevOps, and cloud-based data lake solutions. The position involves a hybrid work model, with two days a week onsite at our Fort Washington office, and the rest of the time working remotely. As a key member of the project team, you will collaborate cross-functionally with in-house experts and consulting partners to design, implement, and optimize data infrastructure that enhances clinical care and operational efficiency.


Qualifications

• Proven experience in healthcare data management, transformation, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and ETL package development.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Fabric and building lake house architectures.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps for deployment and automation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
