About the Role

The Data Analyst/Scientist will support customer analytics and digital products by working with large utility datasets, including advanced metering, customer billing, and digital engagement data. The position focuses on identifying trends, anomalies, data quality issues, and opportunities while developing dashboards and reports that support business and customer-facing products.

You will work with Product Owners, engineers, and business stakeholders on data validation, integrations, testing, and product improvements. The role also involves translating complex analytical findings into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large utility datasets, including AMI usage, customer billing, and digital engagement data.
• Review and validate data extracts, dashboards, and multi-source datasets for quality issues, anomalies, trends, and common themes.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Track customer engagement, product performance, billing outcomes, and other key business metrics.
• Support analytics for customer-facing digital products, including rate recommendation and bill comparison tools.
• Analyze historical usage and billing data to support digital product functionality and improvements.
