## Position Description
Data Analyst Position
At Intelligent Medical Informatics Computing Systems (IMICS) Lab at the Hospital for Sick Children (fully affiliated with The University of Toronto), we conduct high-throughput research in design and development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions for Medicine. The Data Analyst will work in close collaboration with the PI, clinicians, graduate students and other researchers on research projects focused on Multimodal Deep Learning for Medicine: Utilizing imaging, text, and clinical data for disease diagnosis and prognosis.
Here's What You'll Get to Do:
- Medical data collection, curation, and management.
- Algorithm design and development for medical image analysis, machine (deep) learning, and statistical modeling solutions for different tasks (e.g. segmentation and classification).
