Who we need
We’re looking for a Data Analyst focused on Revenue Operations to help us build a data-driven growth engine across marketing, sales, and product.
You will help turn fragmented data across our GTM systems into clear insights that drive decisions—from pipeline performance and conversion rates to campaign effectiveness and product adoption.
This is a full-time role reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and finance.
What you'll do
Revenue and funnel analytics
- Analyze the full revenue funnel from lead → opportunity → customer to identify growth opportunities and pipeline bottlenecks
- Build dashboards that track core GTM metrics such as pipeline health, conversion rates, CAC, win rates, and sales cycle length
- Support forecasting and pipeline reporting for leadership
GTM reporting and dashboards
- Design and maintain dashboards for sales, marketing, and executive leadership
- Deliver clear reporting on campaign performance, pipeline generation, and product adoption
- Translate complex datasets into actionable insights for business leaders
CRM and GTM systems
- Support the implementation and optimization of data-heavy systems such as CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms
