This role will play a key part in enhancing the performance, efficiency and scalability of IREN’s global data center operations by transforming complex operational and infrastructure data into actionable insights. The 
Data Analyst
will work cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Finance and Procurement teams to monitor key performance metrics, identify optimization opportunities and support data-driven decision-making across mining and AI cloud infrastructure. This position offers unique visibility across multiple sites and operational segments within a fast-growing, high-performance compute environment powered by renewable energy.




Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a focus in Engineering, Statistics or Analytics is preferred.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience, preferably in the construction, manufacturing or energy sector.
• Full proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills to present data findings.
• Strong command of SQL, respectively for analysis and data visualization.
• Strong foundation in statistical analysis, trend modelling and performance benchmarking.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth and globally distributed environment with evolving data structures and needs.
