What you'll be doing

• Analyse complex data sets to provide business intelligence for strategic initiatives

• Support the preparation and execution of the annual budget process

• Assist with certificate of need applications and market share analysis

• Develop and interpret analytical models to improve financial performance

• Communicate financial findings and educate clinical leaders on data insights

What we're looking for

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

• Technical proficiency in MS Office and Lawson software systems

• Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement models and financial statements

• Ability to develop complex analytical models and interpret results

• Strong communication skills for interacting with clinical leadership
