The Role

• Analyze and evaluate existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and risks
• Develop current-state and future-state process flows and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for process improvement initiatives
• Analyze operational, financial, and performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Design and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reporting solutions for process performance monitoring
• Support automation and optimization initiatives using various technology solutions

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Management, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or operational excellence
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements
• Experience with business process modeling, design, and project coordination
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, analysis, and troubleshooting
• Experience with Microsoft Access, VBA, Python, or enterprise data platforms like Cloudera or Hadoop
