The Analyst of Data & Analytics is responsible for the development and maintenance of the organizations reporting & analytical functionality, critical to support the organization in making data-driven decisions. The role will also collaborate with both commercial and operational teams to support improved data management and increased analytical capabilities.

: Office hours (evenings & weekends as needed)

Responsibilities And Expectations
PSS Administration:

• Provide booking system administration support as it relates to commercial and operational master data within passenger service system (PSS).
• Support the implementation configuration and master data updates in support of new and updated commercial initiatives.

Analytical Support

• Partner with shareholder data science team to support the development of data and analytics strategy, including data modelling and visualization tools recommendations.
• Develop tools, dashboards, and database queries to support reporting requirements for both commercial and operational functions.
