As a Data Analytics Professional, you will be the primary architect for bridging information gaps within our operational ecosystem, specifically around Work Force Planning, policy lifecycle task mix between onshore and offshore, and other data needs. Job requires a self-starter, drive ideas, identify data gaps, analyze/recommend/communicate data findings to leadership for action and build out reporting.


This is a critical role designed to transform our raw insurance data into actionable business intelligence. You will be responsible for identifying data discrepancies, standardizing reporting structures, and ensuring that our Operational Leadership has the insights needed to drive growth and efficiency throughout the policy lifecycle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• **Gap Analysis:** Conduct comprehensive audits of existing datasets to identify missing, inconsistent, or siloed information across the brokerage's various databases (e.g.: AIM/ImageRight) and policy management systems.
