### Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large, unstructured datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using statistical methods.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, interpret findings, and present insights to stakeholders.
• Design and execute A/B tests and other experimental designs to evaluate the impact of new features or initiatives.
• Automate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to improve data pipeline efficiency.
• Conduct ad-hoc data investigations and provide data-driven recommendations to support business objectives.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous quality assurance checks and validation processes.

### Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 2+ years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably within a tech or e-commerce environment.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Demonstrated ability in statistical analysis and understanding of data modeling concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights effectively.
