What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide technical leadership for detection and response workflows related to data protection events
• Maintain and refine processes for effective data protection, including incident response plans
• Drive data protection awareness and education programs across the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data protection strategies with organizational goals
• Oversee the development and implementation of data governance frameworks to ensure compliance

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 4 years of experience working within a security organization, focusing on process and governance oversight
• Proven experience in leading cyber security initiatives and knowledge of data protection laws
• Strong analytical mindset to support optimization of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) processes
• Exceptional communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience as an analyst on an Insider Threat, Security Operation Center (SOC), or Incident Response (IR) team
