About the Role

Sentact is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to serve as a strategic partner to our healthcare clients.

In this role, you will build strong relationships with stakeholders across assigned accounts while helping organizations maximize the value of Sentact’s technology solutions. The CSM plays a key role in driving product adoption, ensuring long-term customer success, and identifying opportunities to expand services that further support client goals.
