Job Summary:

Works as a business/data analyst with strong user-facing communication skills, leveraging prior healthcare experience to develop and deliver semantic model solutions under occasional guidance. Collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into actionable insights, and deliver clear, concise data assets and data marts. Key responsibilities include analyzing data sources, designing, and developing the semantic layer to connect business language with technical data, ensuring data consistency, and documenting metadata, lineage, and business definitions. The role also requires collaboration with technical teams, data governance, and business stakeholders to ensure the semantic model meets business needs for self-service analytics. Implements small projects or components of large projects. Ability to solve medium to complex problems.
