Duties
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Manage client accounts effectively using CRM systems such as Salesforce Cloud, ensuring accurate data entry and timely updates.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new clients, guiding them through product features and best practices to ensure smooth adoption.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify upselling opportunities and support renewal processes through proactive engagement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues swiftly through excellent customer service problem-solving skills.
- Analyze customer data to inform strategic decisions, optimize account performance, and enhance overall client satisfaction.
- Facilitate internal communication across departments to align client expectations with product development, marketing initiatives, and technical support.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in client services or account management within recruitment services industries.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM system and familiarity with order processing tools is highly desirable.
