Customer Operations Manager

About this role

Sparkle Wash Fox Valley is looking for a Customer Operations Manager who can keep customers informed, schedules organized, and everyday service work moving in the right direction.

This is a role for someone who likes being involved. You'll be keeping track of customer requests, coordinating with the service team, following up on active jobs, and handling the small issues that inevitably come up during a busy day.

Some situations will need a quick answer. Others will require you to dig into the details, talk with the right people, and make sure someone follows through. We're looking for a person who is comfortable doing both.

What you'll handle

• Coordinate customer requests, appointments, and service activity
• Keep customers informed about scheduling and job updates
• Track active work and follow up on anything still outstanding
• Work with field teams when schedules, priorities, or job details change
• Handle customer questions and help resolve service concerns
• Maintain accurate customer and job information
• Help coordinate recurring and commercial service accounts
• Monitor follow-ups so requests don't get overlooked
• Support improvements to scheduling and everyday customer processes

What we're looking for

• Experience in customer service, operations, field services, property services, facilities, hospitality, home services, logistics, or a similar environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable dealing directly with customers
• Able to manage several priorities and stay organized when plans change
• Good judgment and a practical approach to solving problems
• Dependable follow-through and attention to detail
• Comfortable learning scheduling, CRM, and field-service software
• Exterior cleaning or pressure washing experience is helpful, but not required

Pay: $78,000.00 - $86,000.00 per year
