The CRM Data Analyst is an active member of the Publicis Data & Insights Team. The CRM Data Analyst will be responsible for aggregating, analyzing and providing insights that help monitor, optimize and deliver data driven recommendations to our clients on a regular (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) and ad-hoc basis and/or or whatever the business require

This candidate must ensure that the data used in the analytics process is accurate and robust. Candidates must also think strategically to identify issues that need to be optimized or resolved. The CRM Analyst will work proactively to prioritize their tasks based on the client’s needs. In addition, it is important for the CRM Analyst to have attention to detail and to validate data that is questionable for accuracy and to help address “the why” to support any recommendations to clients, in collaboration with Strat
