JOB DESCRIPTION

Troll Co is looking for a Wholesale Brand Manager to lead wholesale growth across Canada. This role is focused on selling Troll Co to key retailers, expanding your territory, strengthening existing partnerships, and building new relationships that drive long term brand growth.

You will act as a key representative of the Troll Co brand - combining sales strategy, relationship building, and market development to grow our presence across Canada. This is a highly collaborative, client facing role that works closely with internal teams across production, marketing, and operations to bring new programs to life and deliver best-in-class service to our retail partners.

You’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding distribution, and ensuring Troll Co continues to build strong, lasting relationships with our retailers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Wholesale Growth & Territory Expansion

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Canadian wholesale accounts.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new retail partners to expand Troll Co’s distribution.
  • Develop and execute territory plans aligned with annual sales targets and brand strategy.
  • Represent Troll Co at trade shows, market appointments, and retailer meetings.

Account Management & Relationship Building

  • Act as the primary point of contact for retail partners throughout the selling cycle..
  • Develop a deep understanding of each retailer’s customer, assortment strategy, and merchandising needs.
  • Lead seasonal sell in meetings and present new collections and product opportunities.
  • Represent the Troll Co brand voice and positioning in all retailer interactions.

Sales Execution & Program Management

  • Forecast demand and manage seasonal order pipelines.
