Job Title: Manager, Global Credit Strategic Initiatives
Job Description
This is a supporting role in establishing new initiatives and strategic programmes to drive the implementation of Wealth Management Global Credit's transformation and growth strategy. Based in London, you will engage in programme planning activities, funding requests, risk assessments, and stakeholder engagement for global initiatives spanning Wealth Management in the US, Asia, Europe, and Canada Asia Centre. You will coordinate ongoing tracking and reporting on global initiatives through the Quarterly Business Review process, quarterly business plan updates, and more. Additionally, you will support the Global Credit & Banking Strategic Initiatives team in delivering strategic initiatives.


Responsibilities

• Work closely with the broader Credit Strategic Initiatives, Global Credit, and Regional Credit teams, as well as the Transformation Management Office, Enterprise Data Strategy, Finance, and other key partners to develop and implement credit strategic initiatives.
• Ensure effective collaboration between teams, including Credit, Transformation Management Office, Wealth Management Strategy, and Group Risk Management globally.
• Be a culture carrier across Credit for all aspects of the Leadership Model.
• Support the Director, Global Credit & Banking Strategic Initiatives, and the team in working with key stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives, including process optimisation, data framework enhancements, product development, and risk monitoring enhancements to enable growth in the credit book.
• Support the design and roll-out of competitive and innovative Credit products for Ultra/High Net Worth clients within Wealth Management/geographical target parameters.
• Maintain a strong awareness of local and regional competitive market conditions, industry developments in products, and economic conditions.
