Role: Marketing Consultant - Content/Market
Role Type: Freelancer / Contract
Role Overview
We are looking for senior marketing professionals to support AI model training and evaluation. This is a hands-on role for practitioners who actively create marketing campaigns, write copy, and define brand or growth strategies—not tool builders or analysts.


You will evaluate marketing content generated by AI models and provide structured feedback, explaining why content is effective or ineffective from a real-world marketing perspective.


Must-Have Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on marketing execution and strategy experience (strict requirement)
• Proven experience creating campaigns, writing copy, or defining brand strategy
• High proficiency in:
• Writing and editing
• Critical thinking
• Explaining marketing decisions and creative judgment
• Ability to clearly articulate why marketing content works or fails

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on marketing execution and strategy plus
• Experience with AI training, AI evaluation, or model review within the last 2 years
