We are currently a team of fun-loving 190+ members consisting of Performance Marketers, Graphic Designers, Video Editors, Copywriters, and other leadership positions from all over the country. Why Are We Hiring?

To drive content strategy and ideation for high-performing ad creatives that drive results. The role requires a proven track record of cracking organic and paid ad algorithms, deep understanding of digital content trends, and ability to develop innovative content formats that lower CPA while maintaining or improving performance.

What Does the Ideal Candidate Look Like?

• Proven track record of cracking organic algorithms with data-backed results (screenshots, statistics, case studies required)

• Quick learner with an ability to grasp new concepts fast and unlearn old concepts where needed

• Experience of writing scripts for performance marketing environments ( writing scripts for Instagram and YouTube ads), preferably with EdTech or e-commerce brands

• Deep understanding of content trends on social media

• Strong analytical skills with ability to identify why certain scripts/formats work and why they stop working

• Experience with UGC (User-Generated Content) style scripts and video content

• Strategic mindset for testing new writing styles and content formats to optimize performance

• Proficiency in AI tools ( ChaGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc ) with clear understanding of when and how to use them (including...
