Role Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining job projects assigned by the owner. This position works closely with the owner to ensure projects progress smoothly, stay on budget, and meet timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the owner in managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and completion for commercial sites.
• Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members.
• Review and interpret blueprints to guide project progress.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Monitor budgets and schedules, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Conduct site inspections to assess progress and resolve any issues.
• Maintain strong communication with the owner to align on project goals and updates.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in commercial construction sectors.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a crew.
• Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Experience in project planning, material ordering, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation.
