Dicor Construction Inc., is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee a new ground-up storage center project from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• **Manage all phases of the storage center construction project, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and on-site coordination.**

• **Oversee subcontractors, field staff, and vendors to ensure work meets company standards and project specifications.**

• **Maintain project timelines and proactively resolve issues to avoid delays.**

• **Conduct regular site inspections ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with all regulations.**

• **Prepare and track budgets, change orders, progress reports, and documentation.**

• **Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors throughout the project.**
