POSITION SUMMARY:

The Manager of Commercial Operations is responsible for supporting and executing commercial operations processes across Energy Storage Business. This role plays a key part in improving operational consistency, supporting market expansion efforts, and enhancing collaboration across teams.

This position focuses on implementing standardized processes, supporting proposal and contract development, and coordinating marketing initiatives that drive business growth. The Manager works closely with cross functional teams to ensure efficient execution of commercial activities and alignment with business objectives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of commercial operations processes across affiliate companies.
• Assist in standardizing tools and practices, including:
• Risk review processes
• Quoting templates
• Standard terms and conditions for projects and services
• Ensure adherence to established commercial policies and procedures.
• Support market expansion initiatives by gathering data, conducting analysis, and contributing to strategy development.
• Identify potential opportunities for growth and provide insights to leadership.
• Assist in tracking and reporting progress against commercial and business development goals.
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Operations to support efficient proposal and contract execution.
• Act as a key point of coordination to ensure alignment and timely completion of commercial activities.
• Facilitate communication between teams to resolve issues and improve workflows.
