Key Responsibilities:

• As the main finance business partner to the the Asia Export Commercial department and the Indonesia Business Development department, and as the spearhead of the controls on the Asia Export P&L and the business processes.
• Planning, reporting, controlling, and financial analysis related to the Asia Export P&L, sales, trade spend, net sales, channel profitability, brand/SKU profitability, marketing spend, and selling cost. This includes the strategic planning, the annual operating plan (targets & budgets), the monthly projection, the month end close (including the accounting journal entries, the true-up adjustments, the reconciliations, and the accruals creation and monitoring), the scorecard reporting and the month end reporting deck for the leadership team’s business review.
• Product costing and financial analysis (P&L) for the Asia Export NPD initiatives (the gate approval process and the post-launch evaluation) and other business development initiatives.
• As the Finance representative in the IBP sessions, the weekly sales call, the trade spend governance, the NPD gate approvals, and other commercial leadership sessions.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree of accounting
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in finance / accounting, preferably in multinational FMCG company within commercial finance, sales finance, and FP&A roles.
• Having 2- or 3-years’ experience as an auditor in the Big 4 public accounting firm could be an advantage.
