Duties

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure across multiple platforms including AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure, OpenStack, Rackspace, and Citrix.
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, and Chef to automate deployment processes and ensure consistency across environments.
• Manage virtualized environments utilizing VMware, Docker, Kubernetes, and virtualization technologies to optimize resource utilization and scalability.
• Integrate cloud services such as S3, NoSQL databases like MongoDB or DynamoDB, and SQL databases including MySQL and PostgreSQL for robust data management solutions.
• Implement security best practices through identity and access management (IAM) solutions, system hardening techniques, VPN configurations, and network security protocols.
• Collaborate with development teams to facilitate cloud development using RESTful APIs, web services, microservices architecture, and SaaS/PaaS solutions.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to distributed systems, cloud management platforms, and IT infrastructure to ensure high availability.
• Support DevOps automation initiatives by integrating CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Git, PowerShell scripts, Bash scripting, and system management tools for seamless software deployment.
