We are hiring
Clinical Project Planners
for a large pharmaceutical client. The selected candidates will support the Project and Portfolio Management team during a transition from
MS Project to Planisware
. This role involves assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of clinical study timelines and schedules. The planner will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate study plans, identify risks and dependencies, and ensure project alignment across clinical programs.


Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain detailed clinical study plans, timelines, and schedules in Planisware.
• Support the transition of project planning activities from MS Project to Planisware.
• Collaborate with project managers, clinical trial teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Monitor project timelines, identify dependencies, risks, and scheduling impacts.
• Ensure clinical study plans remain accurate, aligned, and up to date.
• Assist in coordinating planning discussions and project updates across teams.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in clinical project planning within pharma or clinical trials.
• Hands-on experience managing clinical study plans, timelines, and schedules.
• Strong experience working with Planisware (Power User / Super User level).
• Experience collaborating with CTM and program/project management teams.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Project.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to end-to-end drug development planning.
