The Role
You'll sit at the centre of every client relationship as the strategic lead, the trusted advisor, and the person accountable for retention and results. You own the relationship. You own the outcome. And you're the person clients call when they want clarity, confidence, and growth.
This isn't a hand-holding role. You'll be given real accounts, real responsibility, and real expectations from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership: Own the end-to-end client relationship, from kickoff through to renewal, for a portfolio of home improvement businesses.
Client Strategy: Lead regular video consultations with business owners, translating performance data into clear, confident growth decisions.
Account Stewardship: Monitor client health daily across engagement, satisfaction, and results, and stay one step ahead of every issue before it becomes one.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with our internal media buying and creative teams to make sure every account is set up to win, and brief them with the context they need to execute.
Retention & Growth: Drive client retention, identify upsell opportunities, and turn satisfied clients into long-term partners and advocates.
