Position Overview

The Chief of Staff (CoS) to the Chief Executive Officer is a strategic and operational leader responsible for driving enterprise alignment, execution excellence, and measurable value creation across a multi-state behavioral health organization.

Reporting directly to the CEO and partnering closely with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), the Chief of Staff serves as a force multiplier—translating strategy into action, accelerating decision-making, and ensuring the organization's highest-priority initiatives are executed with discipline and impact.

This role sits at the center of the organization, connecting clinical, operational, and financial priorities to drive performance, improving patient outcomes, and support EBITDA growth bringing strong strategic thinking, financial and operational acumen, and a proven ability to deliver results in complex, fast-paced healthcare environments.

Compensation

• Typically salary between $215,000 - $250,000

*Final Compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications/experience met for the position.*

Schedule/Travel

• M-F 8-5pm
