Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a large-scale Marketing Operations Transformation initiative focused on standardizing processes, scaling operations, and driving adoption of new marketing technologies and AI-enabled capabilities.
This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to lead change management efforts that improve how work is planned, prioritized, orchestrated, and measured across the marketing ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have deep experience driving adoption of enterprise technology transformations within marketing organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Change Management Leadership
- Develop and execute scalable change management strategies across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Assess organizational impacts across people, process, technology, and data.
- Drive readiness activities and ensure successful adoption of new capabilities and ways of working.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate resistance to change.
- Establish repeatable frameworks, tools, and best practices for enterprise-wide change initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communications
- Partner with business leaders, program teams, and stakeholders to drive alignment and engagement.
- Build and execute stakeholder management and communication plans.
- Lead executive communications, presentations, and change-related messaging.
- Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions across business and technology teams.
Training & Enablement
- Design and deliver training programs, user guides, and enablement resources.
- Support end-user readiness and adoption initiatives.
- Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve adoption strategies.
