Job Summary
Step into a high-impact operations leadership role where your expertise directly strengthens plasma collection center performance across the network. The Center Operations Manager provides hands-on operational leadership and specialized support to plasma collection centers, serving as an interim Center Manager when needed, supporting corporate operations initiatives, and contributing to the successful launch of new centers. This role operates within FDA current Good Manufacturing Practice (21 CFR) requirements and EU Good Practice Guidelines, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and a consistent donor-focused experience across all assigned locations.


What You'll Do

• Provide temporary, on-site operational leadership to plasma collection centers to address performance gaps, compliance risks, or leadership vacancies
• Serve as Interim Center Manager when required, overseeing daily operations including production, quality performance, staffing, equipment readiness, and plasma inventory management
• Support new plasma collection center development, including equipment installation and qualification, staff recruitment, leadership training, and opening and 90-day ramp-up activities
• Execute and support corporate operations projects focused on continuous improvement, including SOP updates, training initiatives, inventory optimization, and investigations
