Senior Project Manager - Data Centers

national construction firm
is seeking a
Senior Project Manager
to support and lead large-scale, mission-critical
data center construction projects
across multiple U.S. locations (must be open to travelling).

This role is ideal for a hands-on project leader who thrives in complex environments and enjoys taking projects from early planning through execution and closeout while leading high-performing teams in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage data center construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Partner closely with field leadership to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget performance
• Lead and mentor project teams, establishing clear roles, expectations, and communication plans
• Oversee estimating, cost control, scheduling, procurement, and reporting activities
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to drive successful outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in construction, large commercial construction, data centers, or other mission-critical environments
• Proven ability to lead project teams and manage professional staff
• Solid understanding of project financials, scheduling, and execution best practices
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented leadership style

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Typically 8+ years of relevant construction experience
• 5+ years in a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager role
• Experience managing teams and complex projects
