Here’s what you will do:

The Business Systems Analyst will perform system analysis, gather business and technical requirements, and develop specifications for new systems or enhancements of existing systems. This position also provides technical training and user support for agency software applications and assists other IT staff as needed.

• **Gathers**, documents, and analyzes user, business, and functional software requirements, and assesses technology solutions and recommends options.
