The Opportunity

The Business Process Analyst will report directly to the Manager, Business Process and work directly with several stakeholders throughout the business. We are seeking a Business Process Analyst focused on Quote to Cash processes to drive enhancements and projects that streamline quoting, contracting, billing, and revenue operations. The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Accounting, and IT Applications to design and deliver scalable system solutions that improve efficiency and data integrity across the organization.

As a Business Process Analyst, you will partner with Stakeholders and Project Managers to translate business needs into actionable system requirements, supporting initiatives that span multiple departments and tools, including Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Billing You’ll manage requirements gathering, documentation, and testing, ensuring solutions are delivered with quality and aligned to business goals.
