About The Opportunity
This role operates at the intersection of
business operations, internal systems, and process optimization
, ensuring that key internal workflows are efficient, scalable, and user-friendly. The Business Operations Manager will serve as a
process owner for critical internal operational workflows
, including employee onboarding and offboarding coordination, internal system access management, and other cross-functional operational processes that support employees across the organization.


This role requires a
systems-oriented mindset
—someone who not only supports operational processes but actively evaluates opportunities to
streamline, automate, and improve them using Worldly’s internal technology stack, SaaS tools, and AI-enabled solutions
.


Because these processes interact with many teams across the organization, this role will have
high visibility across Worldly
and will collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments.
