About The Role (Job Purpose)
As the Business Operations Manager for our AI Datacenter Services division, you will play a crucial role in ensuring operational alignment, project execution, and process optimization across the business. Reporting to the SVP of Business Operations, you’ll support the planning and coordination of strategic initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Infrastructure, Commercial, and Finance to help drive efficiency and scalability in a fast-paced, high-growth environment


What You'll Be Doing

• Support the SVP in overseeing daily business operations, aligning internal teams to meet performance, uptime, and service delivery goals.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Engineering, Commercial, and Finance teams to facilitate seamless execution of projects and initiatives. Proactively identify and address operational bottlenecks.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication for strategic and technical projects, including data center expansions, service rollouts, and platform integrations.
