Business Operations Associate

About this role

Visit.org is a highly analytical and execution-oriented Business Operations Associate to drive operational excellence across the organization. This role is responsible for understanding how work actually happens, identifying inefficiencies, redesigning processes, and ensuring successful adoption through measurable outcomes. You will partner cross-functionally with stakeholders across operations, customer success, product, and delivery teams to translate operational challenges into scalable solutions. The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, extreme passion for our mission, and the energy and discipline to come in and be a builder in a start-up tech environment.
