Business Operations at Valon
The Business Operations team owns the strategic planning of the business and large-scale operational transformation. They work closely with our Servicing, Lending, Product, and Engineering teams to drive efficiency, scale the business, and ensure the business is meeting our ambitious goals. As a member of this team, you will use your analytical skills to drive operational excellence across the business and fulfill Valon’s mission of creating a great experience for homeowners.
