The Business Operations Associate plays a critical behind-the-scenes role by ensuring our membership operations, virtual event logistics, and internal reporting are timely and accurate. Leadership Now Project is a membership organization of business leaders committed to protecting democracy as a foundation for a thriving economy and political stability. Founded in 2017, the Leadership Now Project is a national organization, with 400+ members in over 30 states and chapters in nine. We draw on extensive business and alumni networks to take action—investing in leaders, influencing policy, responding to risks, and partnering to drive solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Operations (40%)

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date member records across all platforms, including our CRM, email marketing lists, etc.
• Enrich CRM profiles with relevant data, including LinkedIn information, interest areas, and engagement indicators
• Ensure member data is entered consistently and on time, following established standards and look for opportunities to build automated systems
