Business Operations Analyst

About this role

We’re hiring a Business Operations Analyst to help build the reporting and analytics backbone of the site from day one.

This isn’t a maintenance role. You’ll be part of the launch team, defining metrics before there’s history to lean on and building the reporting that a growing network of sites will inherit.

What you’ll own

• Daily and weekly operating reports covering volume, throughput, labor productivity, and service performance

• KPI definitions, formulas, and data sources, built once and built to travel

• Billing accuracy and reconciliation against a regulated fee schedule

• Labor and cost analysis that ties floor activity back to the P&L

• Ad hoc analysis for the site leadership team and customer reporting

You must bring integrity, stong business accumen, tenacity, a very strong desire to win plus:

• 5+ years in operations analysis, supply chain, logistics, or a similar data-heavy environment

• Strong Excel skills. SQL, Power BI, or comparable reporting tools are a plus

• Comfortable working with incomplete information and building structure where none exists

• Clear written communication. You’ll be writing for operators and customers, not just analysts

• Ability to pass federal background screening required for site access

Bachelor’s degree preferred. Warehouse, distribution, and transportation experience required.

This role reports to the General Manager, NFI Cal Cartage Atlanta.
