Position Overview

Schneck Medical Center is seeking a Business Intelligence Programmer Analyst to support enterprise analytics across clinical, operational, financial, and quality domains. While Schneck’s enterprise reporting strategy centers on MEDITECH Expanse and Business & Clinical Analytics (BCA), this role requires a broad understanding of healthcare data and how information flows across an integrated health system.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical analytics skills, healthcare domain knowledge, and the ability to partner with stakeholders to turn data into meaningful insights that support patient care, operational efficiency, and organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support dashboards and reports across enterprise analytics platforms, with a primary focus on MEDITECH Business & Clinical Analytics (BCA)
• Develop and maintain ETL processes integrating data from clinical, operational, financial, and ancillary systems
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with enterprise data standards and governance practices
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, financial, and administrative stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into analytics solutions
• Support analytics related to quality, access, throughput, financial performance, and regulatory reporting
• Participate in post-go-live optimization and continuous improvement of analytics workflows
• Adhere to data security, privacy, and HIPAA requirements

Job Requirements

Education
Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field

Experience
Preferred:

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, or data analytics
• Strong SQL skills and experience with BI database development
