About the opportunity:

SWCA seeks a Business Application Analyst for our growing, national consulting business. The Business Application Analyst plays a key role in supporting and enhancing the company’s enterprise applications, with a strong emphasis on Deltek Vision and Deltek Vantagepoint. This role suits someone who is naturally curious, highly collaborative, and comfortable navigating an evolving technology environment. The Analyst will partner closely with business units, the Technology Department, and system users to ensure applications are stable, well‑supported, and continually improved.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint and a solid understanding of how to troubleshoot, configure, and optimize the platform to meet business needs. This role also involves managing incoming requests, coordinating with technical teams, and delivering training and communication that drive effective adoption of ERP solutions.

What you will accomplish:

- Collaborate with business units and internal teams to understand requirements, gather details on issues, and support new requests or projects.
- Partner with team members to plan and manage initiatives within the Technology and Data Solutions function.
- Provide advanced application support and guidance for:
- - Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint
- SQL Server database, write complex queries, maintenance
- Integrations and related third‑party tools
- Serve as a technical resource for both the Support Team and business stakeholders.
- Create and maintain documentation, including process guides, how‑to materials, and internal knowledge articles.
