The role involves working closely with clients and technical teams to identify business problems, understand requirements, and design scalable solutions across \*\*health, life, and Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance workflows\*\*.
The ideal candidate has strong business analysis experience, Agile project experience, and excellent documentation skills. Experience in \*\*insurtech or health insurance\*\* is preferred. This opportunity is part of a diverse, global team working on insurance technology and digital solutions.
## Key Responsibilities
\* Work directly with clients and technical teams to understand business needs and challenges.
\* Identify and analyze business problems across insurance workflows.
\* Gather, clarify, and document business requirements.
