Your Role

The Digital Care Programs Operations team manages the Wellvolution platform and digital care programs. The Business Analyst, Principal, will report to the Sr. Manager Digital Care Program’s Operations. In this role, you will support the Digital Care Program team with reporting and analysis work. This includes gathering and interpreting data to help identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and provide actionable insights. You will also be responsible for preparing regular reports, collaborating with team members to address key performance indicators, and recommending improvements based on your findings.

Your Work

In this role, you will:

- Provide highly complex analytical support through the analysis and interpretation of data in support of cross-functional business operations
- Develop, prepare, and analyze reports with highly complex analysis and data for management review, and presents to various levels of management.
- Accountable for providing monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) segmented by line of business, requiring the extraction and integration of data from various independent systems to conduct analytics and generate reports.
- Create reporting that monitors trending for Digital Care Programs. Use trending data to tell a story about the programs’ successes, opportunities and challenges.

Leads the forecasting and development for new programs and current programs forecast for SOW maximum
