We are seeking an experienced \*\*Business Analyst specializing in Pharma Commercial and Analytics\*\* to support Life Sciences and pharmaceutical clients. The role focuses on patient engagement, commercial analytics, reporting, data-driven insights, and technology solution development within the US pharma and biotech industry.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with cross-functional teams, including Field, Brand, and Market Access teams, and will be responsible for understanding business needs, translating them into actionable solutions, and supporting the delivery and optimization of technology products and data solutions.

## Key Responsibilities

\* Engage deeply with Life Sciences and pharmaceutical clients across business and functional areas.

\* Align technology and analytics capabilities with client business needs.

\* Work with Field, Brand, Market Access, and other cross-functional teams.

\* Leverage structured and unstructured data sources to generate actionable business insights.

\* Work with data including \*\*IQVIA Sales, Claims, Real-World Evidence (RWE), CRM Activity, Formulary Tier, Lives, CLM Data, Digital Media, and Nielsen\*\*.

\* Identify opportunities to solve client business problems through analytics, data, automation, platforms, and technology solutions.

\* Support the development of solutions internally and through potential strategic partnerships.

\* Contribute to product development and solution asset creation.

\* Support Customer Experience workshops and related client engagements.

\* Collaborate with IT Business Partners, IT Product Managers, and business stakeholders to deliver and optimize technology solutions.

\* Ensure technology solutions align with business requirements and IT roadmaps.

\* Lead analysis of process development and review existing functional and technical processes.

\* Identify workflow improvements and propose solutions for new and existing systems and data.
