Job Title : Business Analyst- Manhattan Active

Location : Remote

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with hands-on expertise in Manhattan Active (WMS/OMS) to support supply chain and retail transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technical solutions, ensuring successful implementation, configuration, and optimization of Manhattan Active platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Manhattan Active WMS/OMS solutions

Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and workflows

Work closely with development, QA, and implementation teams to ensure accurate solution delivery

Participate in system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment activities

Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements aligned with Manhattan Active capabilities

Support integrations with ERP, TMS, and other enterprise systems

Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and training sessions

Assist in data migration, validation, and reporting requirements

Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations

Required Skills

Strong experience with Manhattan Active (WMS or OMS platform)

Solid understanding of supply chain, warehouse management, and order management processes

Experience in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD documentation, and user story creation

Knowledge of system integrations (APIs, EDI, micro services architecture preferred)

Hands-on experience in SIT, UAT, and defect tracking tools

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
