What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide exceptional customer support to stakeholders, resolving issues or facilitating connections with appropriate resources
• Collaborate with study teams and clinical staff to build protocol treatment arms and calendars in clinical trial management systems
• Gather, analyze, and assimilate documents required for clinical trial processes
• Manage medium to large-sized projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project management standards
• Educate study team members on system workflows, treatment arms, and subject enrollment procedures

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Bioinformatics, Biology, Computer Science, Business, Basic Sciences, or a relevant healthcare/life sciences field
• Minimum of 5+ years of direct analytical experience in a customer-facing role, clinical research, or administrative support for research
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including directing work within workgroups
• Strong project management skills and experience with enterprise application implementation
